This fact is at the centre of our employee-selection process and company training, and we are certain this is why we continue to be the preferred supplier for a numerous venues and public houses. All our personnel are Security Industry Authority (SIA) badged.
In addition, our Door Supervisors undergo the BS7858 vetting procedure and operate to BS7960 standards, ensuring only screened personnel are employed. To comply with ISO9001:2000 and SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards, Republican Guards management also performs routine site audits to ensure the highest levels of service are maintained.
